My idea to offer this personalised approach is in part owed to workshops with Eve Cunard and her teacher Ingrid Kottler from London, who practice the very deep and gentle “art of yoga” inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli. A core element of this method is to learn how to “surf the movement of your spine with your breath” while doing asanas. Pranayama, the yogic art of breathing, plays a vital role in this.
I am looking forward to experience this journey together with you and to show you how you can practice yoga in your very personal way. We will adapt traditional postures to your special needs, which are changing from moment to moment, day to day, from year to year, following the gentle path from body to mind and back.
